The rooms, showing evidence of the original XVII century frescoes on the walls, were restored during 2004 and equipped with heating system, air conditioning, TV and mini-fridge. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, hydro-massage and hair dryer.

The guests have the exclusive use of a living room, with many books available both on monuments of  Palermo and on Sicily in general.

What makes this B&B a special place indeed is the presence of five terraces at different levels on the roofs of the apartment, the uppermost offering a 360° view of the old town. During the sunny season breakfast is served in one of the terraces.
